In a recently completed complex only one. 6 kms (one mile) north of Aberdeen downtown, these superb suites are fully-furnished to be a home from home. One and two double bedrooms (master bedroom with en apartment bathroom) are supplemented by a major bathroom (with bath and shower), lounge/dining apartment and fully-fitted detach kitchen.

Important information

Dreamhouse does not have an on-site reception desk. It's therefore significant that all clients contact the Dreamhouse office prior to arrival, so that they able to organize for one of their representatives to meet you at the site and conduct check-in. Please use the contact news provided in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: The entire price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and is free. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Car parking: Free social car park is attainable on place. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
