Room information

The guesthouse has ten en apartment visitor bedrooms, including well-equipped doubles and twins. Every room is fitted with a plasma-screen TV with DVD player, and tea/coffee making amenities. five bedrooms are embedded in the major building, and have well-known vistas of the nearby village. These apartments are named after the mountains and hills visible from the windows. The stables have 6 bedrooms all on one level with an adapted bedroom with additional service for wheelchair use.

Travel information

By Rail There is a major line train station just south of the city, a five-minute amble from the Plasderwen. Trains run from London and Cardiff by means of Newport, and from the North by means of Hereford. By Car From the Midlands: - Approach by means of Ross-on-Wye on the M50. From London and the East through the Severn bridges. - Leave the M4 at combination 24, and go north on the A449 to Raglan. - Head west on the A40 to Abergavenny. - Approach Abergavenny on the A4042 from the South; the A465 from the West and North; or the A40 from the East. - These highways meet at a roundabout just south of the city. - Take the A40 signposted to Abergavenny. Shortly after the roundabout, Plas Derwen is located approximately 100 yards further along on the right-hand side. - There is car parking opposite the hotel and more spaces are located beyond the lodging.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under three years staying free when using existing bedding. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds/cots in the apartment. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
