By Car - Leave the A55 at fusion 24. - Go to Abergele city center and turn left at the traffic lights onto the A548. - After about three miles, turn right on the B5381 signposted Betws yn Rhos. - Go via the center of the countryside and pass the church, the countryside school and the countryside lounge (on right). - Then take a turning on your left, up a the small countryside lane. - Take the 2nd left turn. - You will see sign at the entrance hall to the cottage.

This Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and is situated in the charming village of Betws yn Rhos. Ffarm Country House is embedded in embedded in two acres of grounds and is perfect for all kinds of staying. All rooms in the hotel have a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, robes, slippers and an en apartment bathroom. There is a countryside pub four minutes’ stroll away, and strolling, hole golf, shooting, fishing, climbing, tennis, dry-slope skiing and sailing able to be delighted in the locality. There are also palaces and historic houses to discover.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All kids from two to 16 years are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per apartment will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wired internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate.
