Norwood was constructed in around 1887 by a local entrepreneur named Mr Hacking, well known for the Lovelace brand of soap, with a variety that included the esteemed Lovelace floating soap.
The up-to-date proprietors purchased the cottage in year 2001 and set approximately refurbishing it, including the addition of en room bathrooms to all the bedrooms.
A comprehensive greenhouse was added in 2002 and the buildings were stretched in June 2004 and 2005.
All of our rooms have also been renovated with brand new furniture and accessories, décor, carpets and contemporary facilities.
Nevertheless, the cottage restful holds the opulent character of bygone times and a specific fascination.
The Norwood also has a visitor hall with a large-screen TV..

Non smoking Policy: Guests are warned that any evidence of smoking in the suites or in the en apartment bathrooms will incur a supplemental cost of GBP 50 for supplementary cleaning and a suite ventilating fee. This extra cost will be automatically charged to the credit card provided. This charge is thanks to loss of work when arriving customers do not want to staying in suites smelling of smoke. Damage: All damage must be reported to the proprietor/manager. Any damages will be charged to the credit card provided, after the inspection of the apartment, upon your departure. This could be up to twelve hours after you leave. Behaviour: Any visitors behaving in an aggressive or abusive manner will be asked to leave immediately. Any visitor asked to leave on the grounds of abusive behaviour will be charged in full for their staying and reported to the police.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 1 year staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. There is no holding capacity for additional beds in the apartment. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: The entire price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate.
