By Car: From the north: - Take the M42 motorway. - Exit at mix three. - Follow the A435 through Studley. - Follow signs for Alcester. - Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout onto Birmingham Road, where you can find the guesthouse. Unique arrangements able to be made to accommodate groups (for specimen, meals, meal times, deposits etc). There are also discounts for long stays. All clients have a set of keys for the whole freedom of access at all times.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: Children cannot be accommodated at the guesthouse. All kids under two years staying free for cots. There is no holding capacity for additional beds in the apartment. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the entire amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless Internet Hotspot is obtainable in the inn suites and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate.
