Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under five years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per apartment will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Facilities charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. I-net: Wireless I-net is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free private car park is attainable on spot. Pets: Pets are allowed on demand. No supplementary charges. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
