Alnwick is a market town in Northumberland, dominated by Alnwick Castle.

The town's streets have changed little since the London to Edinburgh stage passed through and it offers the visitor a wealth of local gift and craft shops, art galleries, pubs, cafes, restaurants, and a theater. Each summer, the town hosts a weeklong medieval fair and an international music festival.
