Room information

All of our rooms are non smoking and have tv/dvd, hostess tray and all of the usual hotel facilities. All suites are en apartment. The inn has lately undergone main renovation and all rooms provide comfort in a fashionable grange setting. While you stay you can enjoy walks along the banks of the River Nent, wander round the cobbled lanes of surrounding Alston or stroll up to a number of vantage points, where the entire vale is spread out below you.

Important information

Please take into account that from the 28 February to 1 March, the guesthouse will not be offering snack or suppers in the restaurant or brasserie. Breakfast will be catered as normal and friendly staff will be pleased to assist visitors produce dinner reservations elsewhere. The management would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to three days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 50. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the 1st night will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 25. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate.
