The Stewart Hotel
In over five acres of lonely forests terraces, by the River Duror, in the center of the West Highlands, this not big family-managed hotel was fully restored in 2008 at a cost of over £200,000. The Stewart Hotel is a good base from which to discover the astonishing genuine beauty and the spectacular landscape of Scotland’s West Coast. The the center of Glencoe is directly seven miles (11 km) away and Ballachulish is precisely three miles (5 km) from the guesthouse. This three-star hotel was fully rejuvenated in 2008, with 12 recent bedrooms added and the terraces totally redesigned.
There are 42 en apartment apartments, 25 of which have wonderful views over Loch Linnhie to the Morvern Hills. All rooms in the hotel have TVs and facilities of making tea/coffee. Facing the terraces, this restaurant can offer English and Indian food. With open log fires and a relaxed and informal atmosphere, the lodge-style brasserie serves a big variety of ales, wines, and classic malt whiskies.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later, the 1st night will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under five years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 22. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: 25 percent of the entire amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Vat and city/tourist taxes: 15 % VAT is included. Facilities charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. I-net: Wireless I-net is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free private car park is obtainable on place. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
