Our hotel with restaurant is embedded in ten acres of privately-owned terraces on the shore of Loch Tay, with astonishing vistas across to the summit of Ben Lawers mountain. Dining at The Ardeonaig is a culinary feast; owner Pete Gottgens is an acclaimed cook and the restaurant has a famous image.

The guesthouse is currently undergoing a GBP 1. 6 million investment that will add a state-of-the-art kitchen, substantially upgrade all existing bedrooms and add five brand new lodges and three brand new dining regions.

The Ardeonaig Hotel and Restaurant is located on the lonely south shore of Loch Tay, approximately one hour's drive from Perth or Stirling and within 2 hours’ drive of Glasgow or Edinburgh. By Car (from Kenmore): - The guesthouse is on the South Loch Tay Road, midway between Kenmore and Killin, with Kenmore being the closest countryside to the east. - As you approach Kenmore, take the highway to the south of Loch Tay, following the signs towards Acharn. Follow this highway, which will bring you to the guesthouse, passing via the tiny hamlets of Acharn and Ardtalnaig. By Car (from Killin): - From Killin, neighboring to the Falls of Dochart, take the South Loch Tay Road, passing via the tiny hamlet of Achmore before arriving at Ardeonaig.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds in a apartment is two. There is no holding capacity for cots in the apartment. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.
