During particular occasions (such as Goodwood, Arundel Festival, Castle Cricket etc. ) the cancellation policy is 30 days - please contact the guesthouse directly for details. The last check-in is at 22:00, no arrivals will be accepted after this time without prior arrangement. Please take into account: Sunday arrivals are by appointment only. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under three years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 25. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless Internet Hotspot is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free social car park is available on place. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
