By Train: Barnham Station is a five minute drive by cab. By Car: From Arundel: - After about three miles on the A27, you'll discover a slip highway to the left (just before the first roundabout), signed to Fontwell Village. - Take this slip highway and then turn immediately left again. - Woodacre is the first cottage on the right. From Chichester: - On the A27 at Fontwell Roundabout, take the second exit signed to Fontwell Village. - Travel over two mini- roundabouts and continue till the highway bears left. - Just before the blend on the A27, turn right into Arundel Road. - Woodacre is the first cottage on the right.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the 1st night will be charged. Whether cancelled later, the 1st night will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 1 year staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: 50 percent of the 1st night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the inn suites and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free social car parking is available on place. Pets: Pets are allowed on demand. No additional charges. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
