Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 40. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 1 year staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years are charged GBP five. 00 per night and individual for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 30. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds in a suite is two. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 40 per suite will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wired internet connection is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free private car park is attainable on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Travel information

From the East: Take the a4, at the fusion with the Bath exit take the highway to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left-hand side after 50 yards. From the West (Bath City Centre): At the a46/a4 blend, take the highway to Batheaston. Bailbrook Lodge is on the left hand side after 50 yards. From the m4: Come off at fusion 18 and take a46, come off at Bath exit and at the roundabout turn left to Batheaston, guesthouse is immediately on the left. From Bath Train Station: Bath Spa train station is only seven min drive away and, whether you do come by train, we will be delighted to reimburse you for the cost of a cab from the station to Bailbrook Lodge.

Given four stars by the AA under the Guest House Accommodation listing, the 8 suites face the terraces and lawns, and the Avon Valley. The remaining apartments face the grounds of Bailbrook House, a splendid Georgian manor house planned by the illustrious architect John Everleigh.
