Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Groups: When booking more than ten suites, various policies and extra supplements may apply. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Internet by means of modem is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and costs GBP five. 00 per hour. Travel information
North: Leave the m4 at Junction 18, taking the a46 towards Bath. After 10 miles exit the dual carriageway following signs to Bath City Centre. At the firsthand roundabout take the third exit (right) silent towards the downtown. Continue direct on for 2 miles, through 4 sets of traffic lights. After you pass Morrisions supermarket on the left, (at the fifth set of lights), receive into the left lane and turn left. Cross over the river, passing the fire station and at the lights. Turn right along Sydney Place, passing the Holbourne Museum of Art on your left. At the following spacious roundabout take the 1st exit (left). Follow this highway up Bathwick Hill and out of Bath for one mile, passing the University. Continue for another mile and half, crossing a little roundabout, Combe Grove Manor is the left, 2 hundred yards after Ralph Allen School. South: Take the A36 from Warminster heading towards Bath. When you get to the Limpley Stoke Viaduct and traffic light, turn left immediately after the Viaduct Pub. Continue up Brassknocker Hill for 1 mile. Do not turn off in to Monkton Combe; Barceló Combe Grove Manor is on the left half way up the hill opposite a row of cottages.

Customers able to use the spare time facilities at any time during the day between 07: 00 and 22: 00 during the month, and from 08: 00 to 21: 00 at holidays. Kids (16 years and under) may use the pool between 13: 00 and 17: 30 Monday to Thursday, and ten: 00 to 18: 00 on Saturdays, Sundays and social weekends. Please be aware that there is no elevator at the inn.
