Number 30 has been totally modernized and all the apartments have their own bathroom, wc and washbasin. Most apartments have a bath and shower. Bedrooms are mainly ornamented in blue and white and are all named after well known persons who influenced the structure and character of Bath.

Travel information

From the M4 motorway: - Exit at fusion 18 and follow signs for Bath (A4). - After approximately four miles you'll descend a long hill. Take the left lane signposted Bath. - At the roundabout take the 3rd exit Bath (A4). - Continue for one mile passing through a number of sets of traffic and foot passenger lights. (Beware of the bus lane as you approach the suburbs of the city). - Continue direct via the traffic lights (Morrisons supermarket on your left). - At the following set of traffic lights continue direct ahead. Indispensable: do not turn left at these lights even though the signpost directs all through traffic to do so. - After approximately 200 yards take the 2nd exit at the mini roundabout along Paragon Buildings. - Continue via the next set of traffic lights and keep to the left hand lane. - Continue direct via the lights passing the Royal York Hotel on your left. - Proceed to the end of the highway (George Street) till you're forced to go left. - Continue direct at traffic lights onto Queen Square. Go round three sides of the marketplace and exit onto Charlotte Street (signs for Long Term Car Park). - Continue to the end of Charlotte Street (about 300 hundred yards) and unite the Upper Bristol Road. - Number 30 is 200 yards along this highway on the right hand side. We have a Red Pillar (Post) Box outside the gate.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than 12 years are welcome. There is no holding capacity for additional beds/cots in the suite. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
