You must give a mobile number during booking and country your designed check-in time (contacting Corporate Apartments whether this changes). You must contact the rooms at least one hour prior to check-in to organize the range of keys.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 35. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 50 per apartment will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. I-net: Wireless I-net is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and is free. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Car park: Free private car park is attainable on place (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
