From the M11 North Exit at J8 and head up the slip highway to the roundabout and take the 5th exit - immediately following services - signposted A120/Bishops Stortford. At the following roundabout, which comes up within 200 m, take the 1st exit left (signposted A120/Bishop's Stortford). At the following mini roundabout, 800 meters, turn right into Parsonage Lane and Pearse House is the 1st entry on the left, directly opposite Birchwood School. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under three years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 30. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds.
