The suites will send you significant check-in data by email, either on the day of arrival or the day before. Reception desk is open from ten: 00 till 18:00. If arriving at any other time, you'll be awarded access code to enter the structure. The suites are cleaned and all linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis.
