The antique countryside is a 5-minute walk to browse in the 'Olde Worlde' thatched house boutiques for souvenirs and locally made cliff. Thrilling sunrises and fabulous sunsets are possible on the Isle of Wight. Seaview rooms offer continuous facade row vistas every day in the morning of the sunrise, weather permitting. The moonrise able to also be viewed from the balcony. With clean skies that lack the light pollution of a lot of districts, the night sky is usually impressive.

From Fishbourne ferry terminal, follow traffic to the traffic lights and turn left to Ryde. Follow 'through traffic' sign and turn left. At the end of the highway turn right. At the roundabout take the exit. Go through Brading, Sandown and Lake. At traffic lights fork left. This is Queens Road. It's signed Ventnor, avoiding city. The Clifton Hotel is at the end of the highway on the left hand side.

Quick description

The Clifton guesthouse is a family-managed hotel standing in its own property in an unspoiled traffic-free peaceful location. Leading out onto Keats's Green, it resides one of the Island's most captivating rock upper locations. All social apartments overlook the sea giving attractive views over Sandown Bay. Our nice bedrooms are clear and cosy, a lot of having sea panorama, some have access to a veranda. As well as bath/shower en room, clock radio, tea, savoury coffee and hot chocolate making amenities, and colour TV, we also provide 'Premier' apartments that are painted are finely decorated to a highly high standard, for that special reason. A the small supplement is made for sea scene and premier apartments. The breakfast room provides nice home cooking using fresh local ingredients when accessible. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 100. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: Children older than five years are welcome. All kids from seven to 14 years are charged 50 % of the suite staying per night and individual when using existing bedding. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds/cots in the suite. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 100 per suite will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless Internet Hotspot is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate. Car parking: Free social car parking is available on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
