Iceni House was converted from a family home into this seven apartment bed & breakfast in November 2002, by the proprietors, Mr.
and Mrs.
Blackburn.
Colin and Michelle are very trained in cordiality and pride themselves in the unique design of their home.
You'll get a sincere welcome from your hosts, who will attempt to produce your staying as cozy and pleasurable as they able to.
The cottage is kept to a good standard of adornment and cleanliness.
Why not enjoy use of the fully-fitted visitor kitchen; every room is equipped with its own locked cupboard with everything you need to prepare meals/snacks (food not provided).
The kitchen is obtainable seven days a month between 11: 00 - 21:00.
Guests also have their own roomy cozy lounge region with kids' games and play-pen for infants, accessible seven days a month between 09: 00 - 21:00.

Room information

Iceni House's bedrooms are all en apartment, except for two which share amenities with one another (these two suites able to double as a famous family room). Coleridge Road is located in a residential region. Iceni House is also located near a major bus route which runs regularly into the downtown, train station and Addenbrookes Teaching Hospital. Buses run from the end of the highway into the centre of the city, each five mins during peak periods. Iceni House is mins from the ring highway. Whether you enjoy strolling, the historic center of the city and central mall center is a deliberately 20-minute stroll. Within short distance of Iceni House are numerous places to eat, in addition to a lively local pub and a lot of coffee boutiques, shops and other outlets. Also within a 10-minute stroll is the absolutely new Cambridge Leisure Park, which has a 28-lane bowling side street with an arcade, different food outlets, an LA Fitness fitness centre and an enticing multi-screen theatre with brasserie.

Iceni House is situated in Coleridge Road, located on the favoured south side of the town. It's simple to find, being situated just off the town's ring highway. By Rail: Iceni House is a 10-minute stroll or short cab ride away from the train station. Trains run to and from Cambridge regularly, from main airports and towns, including London. By Car: All directions exclude foot passenger and pelican crossings. From A14 (Huntingdon)/M11: - Take the M11 and exit at blend 11, following the signs into Cambridge. - Turn directly at the 5th set of traffic lights into Long Road. - At the following set of traffic lights, turn left into Hills Road. - At the following set of traffic lights, turn right into Cherry Hinton Road. - At the second set of traffic lights, turn left into Coleridge Road. - Iceni House is around 360 m (400 yards) down on the right-hand side. From the A14 (Newmarket): - Take the A1303 into Cambridge, till you arrive to a roundabout. - Go direct over the roundabout into Newmarket Road. - At the following roundabout, turn left into Barnwell Road. - At the following roundabout, go direct over into Brooks Road (passing Sainsburys on the left). - Go direct via the traffic lights and continue to the following roundabout. - Take a right into Radegund Road. - At the blend, turn left into Coleridge Road. - Iceni House is around 360 m (400 yards) down the left-hand side. Car park: Iceni House has a car parking which retains three or four vehicles. When the parking is full, there is big parking on the highway outside of the site, with no restrictions in site.

Quick description

This nice family-run establishment is around one mile from the heart of the city, providing a lovely base from which to taste the many sights Cambridge can offer. Located on a bus route, Iceni House is also a 20-minute amble from the Market Square. The cottage has everytime been non smoking and enjoys a four-star grading. Important information

Arrivals: If arriving before 13:00, someone will be there to meet you. Whether you're not can produce this time you may seize the opportunity of the 'self check-in' facility. Not known to be on propose in any other Cambridge establishment, you are able to check-in all day long following full payment by card. Please be aware there will be three. 5% on credit cards whether you pay for your booking with them. Whether booking with a Maestro card then please ascertain it's UK registered. Necessary: If you wish to use the 'self check-in' facility, you must contact the establishment directly for details prior to your advent.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 15. 00 per night for additional beds. All kids under two years staying free for cots. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate.
