Canterbury is a city of eastern Kent located in the South East region of England.

This ancient originally Celtic city lies on the River Stour. The prime sight to see in Canterbury is Canterbury Cathedral. It is one of the largest cathedrals in whole England, if you will visit this main cathedral pay attention to wonderful wall paintings, stained glass of XIII century, Black Prince's tomb (1376) with his sword and breastplate in a glass case. In the Museum of Canterbury you will see Huguenot Bible from the 1580's and many other interesting things. Among other sights are Roman Museum, St Martin's Church, St Augustine's Abbey ruins, The Westgate, Castle, and City Walls.
