Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under five years staying free when using existing bedding. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds/cots in the apartment. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the inn apartments and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car parking: Free social car parking is obtainable on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Important information

The Thatched Cottage will charge supplementary costs whether you break their no-smoking policy. Before you come at Thatched Cottage, you must give them with a mobile phone number and an estimated arrival time. The hotel's restaurant will not be open for dinner from 14-18 September 2009.
