Crawley is a town which is located in West Sussex, England.
This area was inhabited since the Stone Age and in the 500 BC the first settlement appeared. In Roman times Crawley was known as the center of iron making. The history of local craftsmanship is reflected in the Amberley Museum – an open air museum where you can see historic buildings, working exhibits and living craftsmen demonstrating their crafts to visitors.
