Doncaster is a town in South Yorkshire, England.

From the very beginning it was a Roman fort at the River Don. The Conisbrough Castle is a nice 12th century castle which is open to the public. Among other Doncaster attractions are the Cusworth Hall a Georgian country house which was built in 18th century, the Dome Leisure Centre (there you will find a swimming complex, a sports arena, bars and two-level ice skating rink), Hatfield Manor House, Doncaster Museum and Art Gallery, Highfields Lake is an ornamental lake in the Woodlands wildlife park at Highfields and many other attractions.
