The bedrooms at the Best Western Academy Plaza hotel are enriched in strikingly beautiful and wealthy colours. The carpets are a modish take on a conventional squared design and incorporate strong reds and blacks. The walls are a lounging and advanced beige which mixes in an almost pleasing unison with the cream network window dressings and warm rust curtains. The beds incorporate black leather headboards and are finished with solid forest bedside units with reading lamps and a streamline phone. Supplementary furniture and accessories comprise a solid forest integrated work-desk with a modish styled black and cream coloured chair, a round glass-topped occasional desk with a solid chrome base and a quiet arm-chair with matching colours to the work-desk chair. The suites create an inspired mixture of colours which works to organize an enthusiastic blend of modernity whilst at the same time recognising and reflecting some of the finer points of a conventional hotel experience.
