By Car (from central England/M25 orbital motorway): - Take the M20 towards Folkestone. - Turn off at fusion 13, A20 for Folkestone. - Take the 3rd exit off the first roundabout which is signposted A20 Folkestone; this will lead you to another roundabout. - Take the second exit off the roundabout into Cherry Garden Lane and continue till the traffic light combination. - Take the middle lane to Beachborough Road, going under the bridge and bear left into Shorncliffe Road. - Take the 6th turning on the right which is signposted Hythe and Hastings. - This is Earl's Avenue and Quality Hotel Burlington is located at the end.

The hotel’s locally renowned Bay Tree restaurant caters classical dishes and conventional English food, whilst the Bay Tree brasserie is the ideal place to unbend with a light meal.
