Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, a fixed amount of GBP 30. 00 will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years are charged GBP 6. 50 per night and individual when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: A fixed amount of GBP 30 per suite will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and charges are applicable. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate. Car parking: Free social car park is available on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
