By Car: From the M5: - Leave the M5 at mix 30. - Take the central lane marked Exeter, taking the exit off the roundabout for Dawlish and Exeter (A379). - Take the second slip highway off the dual carriageway marked to downtown. - At the Countess Wear roundabout, turn right to the downtown. - Follow this highway (Topsham Road). - You will pass the golf links on your left, County Hall to the right, followed by St Leonards Church on the left. - When approaching the downtown, staying in the central lane. - The Southgate Hotel will be on your right. - Go direct forward at both sets of traffic lights into South Street, passing the White Hart Hotel on your left. - You will be directed off to the left (onto a one way street). - Follow this highway round. - When approaching the following set of traffic lights, receive into the right-hand lane and head across into Mary Arches Street. - At the following traffic lights, turn right and right again at the next set of traffic lights, taking you into North Street. - At the upper of North Street, head direct across and take the highly 1st left (next to Urban Surfer). - Push the button at the bollard and identify yourself as an ABode resident. - You are now in Cathedral Yard. - Follow the highway to the left and ABode Exeter is at the foot of this highway on the left-hand side. Please take into account: If using satellite navigation, please use the next postcode to straight you to the entrance hall to Cathedral Yard: EX1 1DZ. As we are a downtown hotel, we don't propose car park at the inn. However, clients can to drive up to the facade of the inn and we able to facilitate with offloading their luggage. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All kids under 16 years staying free for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
