Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years are charged GBP ten. 00 per night and individual for cots. All kids from two to 12 years are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual when using existing bedding. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate. Car parking: Free social car parking is available on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
