M5 South Bound M5 South Bound, come off at Junction 30. Staying in the middle lane following the signs for Exeter. Follow the highway under the Motorway and go into the left-hand lane taking the following highway off following the signs for Exeter City Centre and Dawlish. Keep on the duel carriageway and take the second slip highway linking you to another dual carrageway to the Countess Wear Roundabout. Go direct across the roundabout. Bear off right following signs for Plymouth and Torquay carrying on the duel carriageway and the Devon Hotel is on the left-hand side at the following roundabout. A38 from Plymouth/Torquay A38 from Plymouth/Torquay onto the Devon Expressway. Just after you get to the bottom take the slip highway signposted for Marsh Barton and Exeter A379. Follow that highway to the following roundabout and the Devon Hotel is on your right.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. One child under two years stays free in a baby cot. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds in the apartment. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: No internet connection access accessible. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car park: Free social car park is available on place (reservation is not possible). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
