Travel information

From Junction 30 of m5, follow signs for Middlemoor. Go under the railroad bridge. At the roundabout, take the third exit, signposted Pinhoe. Follow highway till traffic lights are reached (Sainsbury's on the right hand side) and bear left into Pinhoe Road (signposted Whipton & University). Go past parade of boutiques on right, at the brow of the hill, look for the Red House Hotel treveller sign. The guesthouse is on the right hand side, tucked back from major highway (in Whipton Village Road).

The Red House is a the small family run hotel. Whether you find that we are fully booked online, please provide us a call as we may have a late cancellation. All kinds of functions and weddings are served for. Wedding packages available on the occasion of a demand. In cottage disco and free of charge bridal lodging are provided.

Important information

The Red House is more than glad to accept a late check-in, although there will be a charge of five GBP per each hour after 23:00. Late check-out is also accessible upon demand. Please assure that you enter a mobile phone number on the booking form - this is significant in case the guesthouse requirements to contact you.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All kids under 12 years are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. All further older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 32. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds in a suite is two. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Internet by means of modem is obtainable in the work heart and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the apartment rate. Car park: Free social car park is obtainable on spot. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
