Travel information

The guesthouse is just fifteen mins by cab from Glasgow Airport and five min drive from mix 18 on the M8. It's about 5-10 mins by cab from Buchanan Street bus station, Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central railroad stations. By Car (travelling west on the M8): - After combination 16 enter the quick lane. - Exit fusion 18 for Charing Cross/Kelvingrove. - Stay in the right hand lane and go direct ahead to the second set of traffic lights. - Turn right into Berkeley Street. - Turn right into Elderslie Street and then take the1st left into Sauchiehall Street. - The Argyll Guest House is three streets away on the right. - Please check-in at the Argyll Hotel locates right across the highway on the left.

For the Mackintosh enthusiast The Glasgow School of Art, Hunterian Museum, The Willow Tearooms and Miackintosh Headquarters are all in the district. A five minute stroll will take you to the popular Byres Road district with its pretty Bars, Bistros and Shops. Kelvingrove Parkoffers idyllic strolls, tennis, bowling and riverbank paths for the keen jogger.

Check-in is at our sister property the Argyll Hotel locates right across the highway. Check-in is after 14: 00 (If you come earlier we would be pleased to hold your luggage). Check-out is by 11:00. If you're not leaving the town till later we are glad to hold your luggage.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. One child under five years is charged GBP five. 00 per night and individual in an additional bed. One child from 6 to twelve years is charged GBP ten. 00 per night and individual in an additional bed. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse apartments and is free. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6. 50 for a person.
