These remarkable, absolutely new, breathtaking suites are situated in the heart of Leeds downtown, just yards from the city’s bus station and only min on foot from the railway station. The proper location of Cityserve @ New York Apartments means that you couldn't be better positioned for access. There is an NCP car parking in front of the rooms, making car park fast and simple. All suites are perfectly geared and have everything you'll need for a short staying, including Freeview TV, DVD and CD system. The one and two bedroom rooms have fully furnished kitchens, lounges and bathrooms with en suite amenities in the two bedrooms.

Important information

Upon receipt of booking, CityServe @ New York Apartments will send you a confirmation e-mail detailing check-in procedures. The management will phone clients on day of arrival. Please give mobile numbers where possible. Cancellations made prior to seven days before arrival will get a refund - a 10% admin fee. A 3% charge will apply to credit cards.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, ten percent of all nights will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds/cots in the suite. Deposit Policy: The entire price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: No internet connection access accessible. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Car parking: No car park accessible. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
