Travel information

Leeds Rail Station: five minutes' stroll. M621 (junction 3): 1. five miles. Leeds/bradford Airport: ten miles from the M1/M62. By auto: - Follow signs for the M621 and Leeds downtown. - Exit at mix three and follow signs for Leeds downtown. - Follow the one way system for about one mile, passing Bewleys Hotel on your left-hand side. - Continue for the downtown. At the following set of traffic lights the highway splits. Take the right-hand lane and follow the highway to the right (Asda cottage will be on your left). - At the following lights turn left, cross Leeds Bridge and you'll see the inn directly ahead. - Turn left at the traffic lights and the inn is situated immediately on your right (Swinegate). From the A1: - Exit onto the A64 (York) and follow signs for Leeds. - On the indoor ring highway flyover turn left, signposted M1 and M62, continuing till you get to the downtown loop. - Follow signs for downtown, passing Leeds Parish Church on you left. The highway curves to the left and you'll approach traffic lights. - Follow the highway round and at the second set of lights cross over. The inn is on your right (on the downtown loop road). The car park whirlpool in front of the guesthouse is for drop off only. The parking for the guesthouse is called Q Park and is a further 150 m down the highway (Swinegate) situated on the left-hand side of the highway, just past B.B.s restaurant. Please take into account that this is a multi-storey car parking and not the ensuite Q garden which is a flat, uncovered car parking. On departing the inn please ask for a voucher that will assure on leaving the car parking that overnight charges are deducted. The guesthouse covers all overnight charges between 17: 00 and 09: 00 only.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under five years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. There is no holding capacity for additional beds in the suite. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and is free. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 8. 95 for a person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP ten. 95 for a person.
