Travel information

The guesthouse is located on the Outer Ring Road of Leeds, A6120 at the mix of the A64 to York. From the M1 South: Follow the signs for the M1 'The North' Leeds (East). Exit at fusion 46, signposted A6120 Leeds (East) and airport. Take the 1st exit onto the A6120 and direct over at the following roundabout. With Sainsbury's on the left hand side, move into the right hand lane; follow the Ring Road A6120 at the following roundabout. Go through Crossgates city center and receive into the right hand lane at the roundabout. Take the third exit (the Travellers Rest Public House will be on your left hand side) and follow the dual carriageway to the following roundabout. Go direct forward up the hill and the guesthouse is on your right hand side at the upper of the hill. Staying in the right hand lane and double back on the roundabout, turn left into the inn car parking. From the M62 East (Hull) and West (Manchester): Exit at Junction 29 and follow signs for the M1 'The North'. The directions are then as above. From the A1 (M) North and South: Exit at Junction 45 signposted for Leeds A64. Follow the single carriageway for about four miles. The guesthouse is on the left hand side at the 1st roundabout you get to. Take the 1st exit left and into the inn slip highway and car parking. From Leeds City Centre and the M621: Follow the signs for the A64 York Road. Follow this dual carriageway out of the center of the city for approximately five miles. At the 1st roundabout you arrive to, Halfords will be on your left hand side, go direct forward past the Texaco petrol station. At the following roundabout, (Eddy's Motorcycles on your left) turn left and go direct up the hill. The guesthouse is at the upper on your right hand side, double back at the roundabout and turn left into our slip highway and car parking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a suite is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Internet by means of TV is obtainable in the inn apartments and charges are applicable.
