- When you get to Duke Street you'll see two restaurants named Sapporo, Savina, look out for a boulevard named Cornwallis Street located just after the restaurants. (If you're coming from the China Town entry of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your left. Whether you're coming from the Dock Road/Police Headquarters entry of Duke Street, Cornwallis Street is on your right). - Turn down Cornwallis Street, this is where the office is located. - The office is the 1st block on the right, signposted BASE. Whether you have any problems, please call the office and they will straight you one of the best they able to.

Please check-in at the next address: Base Cornwallis Street Hudson Gardens Off Duke Street Liverpool L1 5BB The suite you'll be stay in is not far away, so please come to the office for the keys (directions able to be found in the Travel Information brochure). We do not accept stag parties as all are room are in residential blocks and nuisance / hubbub pollution is not permitted. Please ensure you have a trustworthy Bank Card and Photo I.D. for safety reasons. Check in is between 13: 00 and 17:00. Check out is at 11:00. If you're going to check in out of these hours, Base able to organise a courier amenities to drop the keys with yourself. Courier fee starts from GBP 20 for a late drop off, whether you require this please notify well in good time so it able to be arranged. Please notify the office of your advent time prior to your coming date, using the contact data provided on your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 12 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds in the suite. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a apartment is two. Deposit Policy: The entire price of the reservation will be charged at least seven days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in some hotel suites and is free. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Car park: Private car parking is available on spot (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 20. 00 in a day. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
