We do not accept stag parties as all are suite are in residential blocks and nuisance / hubbub pollution is not permitted. Please ensure you have an authentic Bank Card and Photo I.D. for safety reasons. Check in is between 13: 00 and 17:00. Check out is at 11:00. If you're going to check in out of these hours, Base able to organize a courier facilities to drop the keys with yourself. Courier fee starts from GBP 20 for a late drop off, whether you require this please notify well beforehand so it able to be arranged. Please notify the office of your coming time prior to your coming date, using the contact data provided on your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged.
