Travel information

By Air / Train (from Heathrow Airport): Take the Heathrow Express amenities to Paddington, then take the London Underground (the tube) to Euston Square Station, through the Circle Line. The inn is located right above the metro station. Take the exit towards Euston Railway Station. When you arrive up on the stairs, the guesthouse is directly beyond you. Alternatively, a cab from Paddington takes approximately 10 min.

Important information

The guesthouse operates a strict no smoking policy throughout the whole property. An identity card and valid credit card are required upon check-in for safety reasons. Payment for your staying will be taken upon check-in. Bookings of 6 or more apartments will be considered a group. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. Another non-refundable deposit is due ten days prior to the arrival date. The amount able to be arranged on the credit card details provided as secure. An alternative method of deposit payment able to be arranged directly with the guesthouse (bank transfer, cash or cheques). A ten day prior to arrival notice period is awarded for any group cancellations or amendments. Contact the guesthouse straight for further news.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for cots. All kids under ten years are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wired internet connection is obtainable in complete hotel and is free. Wired internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse apartments and costs GBP 6. 50 per day and night. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is included in the suite rate. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6. 50 for a person. Car park: No car parking accessible. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
