Every suite comrises from a comprehensive, open-plan living, dining and kitchen region, reception desk hallway, two huge double bedrooms (one with en suite), a disunite communal bathroom and a veranda or verandah. The rooms have been decorated to an greatly high specification and comprises of a home intelligence system which allows the internal lighting, heating and safety system to be managed remotely. Electronic door locks ensure solitude and safety at all times. In the hall you are to find a roomy plasma TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, a Hi-Fi, Apple Mac Mini with iTunes library & iPod and an espresso machine. A 2nd tv able to be found in the master bedroom. On arrival you are to find a welcome pack containing fresh fruit, quiet and sparkling mineral water, breakfast cereals, tea, ground coffee, milk and sugar. Planned by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, The Edge’s up-to-date suites are provided with solid Canadian walnut flooring throughout the living regions and the best Italian black slate in the bathrooms, supplemented by a superb Villeroy & Boch bath.

Important information

All reservations are made in accordance with City Centre Chic's standard conditions and terms of sale. Town Centre Chic initially caters for corporate clients and town customers. It does not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers and all suites are made obtainable on a strict ‘per person’ basis. Extra people attempting to visit the room, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access. Town Centre Chic holds the right to impose a GBP 50 surcharge for cleaning services whether the room has been left in, what is considered to be, an ‘unacceptable country of cleanliness’. This charge shall be imposed at the company's discretion. Kids under the age of 16 years may be allowed by prior arrangement. Town Centre Chic carry out a thorough safety check and credit/debit card pre-authorisation prior to arrival. Whether false news has been presented, or the safety check is returned as 'high risk' for any reason, the company reserves the right to impose their standard non-cancellation charges, even though you may not be granted access to the premises. Payment and handling fee: Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, a pre-authorisation for the full value of the booking will be implemented. The debit/credit card will then be debited with the full amount plus any extra items upon your departure. All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1. 5% handling fee over and above the published rate. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years are charged GBP ten. 00 per night and individual for cots. There is no holding capacity for additional beds in the suite.
