Base Serviced Apartments are just off the A57 Mancunian Way in Castlefield. By Car: - From the end of the M602, follow the signs direct for Manchester downtown and keep going till the A56/Deansgate/Mancunian Way combination (you will uncover a sign for Old Trafford). - If you look to your right before this combination, you'll find a vast pod on legs with Urban Splash written on it. - Take the exit and go right round the roundabout and back onto Mancunian Way, passing the church on your left. - Immediately take the tight left turn just past the church. - Take the first turning on the right onto Arundel Street. Garden at the side of the highway and collect your keys from the manager, who will be looking forward to you. He will show you to your parking and then to your room.

All cards will be charged at receipt of booking. Cancellations made prior to seven days before arrival will be refunded - a 10% admin fee. A 3% charge for all credit cards applies.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to seven days before date of arrival, ten percent of all nights will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under two years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years are charged GBP 15. 00 per night and individual for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged GBP 20. 00 per night and individual for additional beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds in a suite is two. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: The entire price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in some hotel suites and is free. Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services. Car park: Free private car park is obtainable on place. Pets: Pets are not allowed. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
