Area information

Manchester is one of the plurality vibrant city's in Europe and has plenty to shout approximately these days. By day, a walk around reveals architectural grandeur around each corner, if it is a stylish gem (Libeskind's Imperial War Museum North, URBIS or The Lowry) or old-style Victorian splendour. Huge retail names like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols have newly opened up in the town and its brasserie and restaurant scene has transformed Manchester into a genuinely European town. In less than 15 min on foot you are right in the middle of the downtown and only mins from the conference quarter (GMEX and MICC). En route you will take in some of the town's most pleasing shop boutiques, plus abundance of bars, restaurants and cafes.

Travel information

Suites are a fifteen minute drive from Manchester International Airport, 10 minute from the M60 and five mins from the railway station. We will send you explicit directions by email, as all our Castlefield suites are in various Urban Splash buildings. The next data gets you to the general region but not your particular suite. By auto from M56: - Exit at fusion three and keep in the right-hand lanes (signposted town centre). - Continue along this highway for the downtown till it becomes Princess Parkway and then Princess Road (A5103), in Manchester. - At the roundabout take the second exit onto Medlock Street (signposted downtown, G Mex centre). - Continue direct ahead onto Albion Street, then turn left onto Whitworth Street West (B6469). - At the traffic lights turn left onto Bridgewater Viaduct then at the roundabout take the 6th exit. - Turn left onto Ellesmere Street (signposted Warrington, M62, Liverpool) then turn right onto Arundel Street. - Worsley Street and Box Works are located directly ahead at the end of Arundel Street. - At the end of the M602, follow signs for Manchester downtown and keep going till you discover a sign for Old Trafford (at the A56/Deansgate junction/Mancunian Way junction) where you bear left (you can visit both a space age pod and the Box Works to your right just after the sign). Follow the one way system to reach the other side of the highway. - Go round the roundabout and take the A56 south for Old Trafford. - Take the first turning on the right (by the National Tyre fitters), then the 1st right again onto Ellesmere Street. - Proceed along Ellesmere Street for around two hundreds meters and take the first left onto Arundel Street.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to two days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later, the 1st night will be charged. In case of no-show, the entire price of the reservation will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 6 years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. There is no holding capacity for additional beds in the suite. Maximum holding capacity of babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the inn suites and is free. Meal Plan: Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 6. 00 for a person. Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 15. 00 for a person. Car parking: Free private car park is available on spot (reservation is needed). Pets: Pets are not allowed. The guesthouse reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
