Renovated in 2006, all of our rooms are equiped to a high standard. All have extensive double windows which create a light and fresh ambiance. We have a devoted and welcoming team who take pride in the hotel's standard of cleanliness.

Area information

A short amble from the guesthouse is the bussiness area of Jesmond, with a local supermarket and pharmacy. The town and Metrocentre propose some of one of the best shopping in the state. The Metro Centre is signposted all the way from the guesthouse and is approximately a 20 minute drive. In the absolutely new Quayside development, you'll find the Baltic Art Gallery (free entry) and fabulous Millennium Bridge. Downtown sights include the Theatre Royal and Northern Stage.

By Metro: - The nearest tube station is West Jesmond, a five minute stroll away. - From there, you can get the downtown in around five mins for just 1. 70 GBP. By Train: - From central station, a cab will cost approximately five GBP. - Alternatively you are able to take the underground to West Jesmond station. By Bus: - There are regular bus links just outside the guesthouse, offering access to all parts of the town, including the airport, with an all-day pass that costs two. 90 GBP. By Taxi: - The hotel has access to a reliable local cab firm with particular rates for our clients. A standard rate to the downtown is approximately four GBP before 23:00. By Car: - The guesthouse is right on the A1058 (Coast Road) and A167 (City Radial Road), allowing access to the M1, Tynemouth and Whitley Bay waterside regions. - From the A167, you are able to access the airport in around 20 mins trip. Car parking: - There is free of charge car parking at the guesthouse.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under seven years staying free when using existing bedding. All kids under two years staying free for cots. All older kids or groun-ups are charged 100 % of the apartment staying per night and individual for supplementary beds. Maximum holding capacity of supplementary beds/babycots in a apartment is 1. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Facilities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in the whole hotel and is free. Meal Plan: Breakfast is included in the apartment rate.
