Travel information

On M4: - exit M4 at blend 11 - exit roundabout following signs for A33 towards Reading. - Carry on A33 for approximately ten minutes (you will go through few roundabouts and traffic lights) following signs for Reading city center. - You will arrive at a traffic light where you are able to either go direct or go right under a bridge, take the highway that goes down under the bridge. - While under the bridge, you'll see the structure Yell on the right and an exit on the left signposted Garrard Street car parking - take this exit on the left. - At the roundabout take the 3rd exit signposted Garrard Street parking. - You are on Friar Street, take left at the traffic lights - take 1st right onto Garrard Street. The NCP car parking entrance is on the left.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 18: 00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. Up to 2 kids under 16 years staying free when using existing bedding. There is no holding capacity for supplementary beds/cots in the suite. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet connection: Wired internet connection is obtainable in the guesthouse suites and costs GBP five. 00 per hour. Wi-fi i-net is obtainable in public zone and costs GBP five. 00 per hour.
