Travel information

Located on the b3349 Basingstoke Road. From m4 j11 take a33 to Basingstoke. At 1st roundabout take first exit to Swallowfield, continue for approx two miles, we are on the right hand side. From m3 take exit 6, follow a33 to Reading. Continue till exit on roundabout signed Swallowfield. Take first left hand turn to Riseley(B3349). Continue for approx two miles, ignoring signs to turn right to Swallowfield (this will lead into the village). The Mill House will be found on the left hand side.

The Georgian building dates back to 1823 and is managed under the privy direction of Mark and Kim Pybus. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Whether cancelled later or in case of no-show, the 1st night will be charged. Kids and Extra Bed Policy: All kids are welcome. All kids under 1 year staying free when using existing bedding. Maximum holding capacity of additional beds/babycots in a suite is two. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. Vat and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Amenities charge is included. City/tourist tax is included. Internet connection: Wireless internet connection is obtainable in public zone and is free. Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the suite rate. Car park: Free social car parking is available on place. Pets: Pets are allowed on demand. No additional charges. The inn reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
